Assistant Professor Wilawan Dungtripop Wins Best Paper Award at SEC Capital Market Symposium 2024

Assistant Professor Wilawan Dungtripop, a lecturer in the Accounting Program and a Ph.D. student in Doctor of Philosophy Program in Management (International Program), received the BEST PAPER award along with a prize of 100,000 baht from Professor Dr. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), at the SEC Capital Market Symposium 2024 on November 15, 2024.The award-winning research titled “Assessing the Impact of One Report Regulation on Integrated Reporting: a Cluster-Based Comparative Study of Thai-Listed Companies” was presented at the symposium. Assistant Professor Dr. Pankaewta Lakkanawanit, a lecturer in the Accounting Program, also attended the event and received recognition as a co-author and thesis advisor.
The “SEC Capital Market Symposium 2024” was organized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) to serve as a platform for exchanging ideas, supporting research, and promoting innovation in the capital market. The academic work presented at the symposium will be used to inform policy-making in capital market regulation and development.
