Academic performance and academic burden are assigned to the Head of Department and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to be primarily responsible for monitoring the student’s that are progressing in line with the planned program in every semester.

        The school has reviewed the students advisory system continually. It reveals that 110 students with GPAx lower than 2.00 at the beginning of the 2019 academic year and up to 39 individuals required closely supervision. It also found that there was a need for more integrated support and promotion of students.
