On August 16, 2024, faculty members and students from Walailak University had the opportunity to participate in a collaboration meeting with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) at the PPPJJ Institute Conference Room in Malaysia 
. This meeting was part of an educational field trip that included over 23 third-year students from the Economics program 
. The meeting focused on strengthening the collaboration between the two universities, with discussions centered on exchanging experiences and strategies for developing curricula and research that meet the demands of the digital age 
. Additionally, pathways for postgraduate studies and future collaboration were presented to enhance student potential 
. On this occasion, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) proudly highlighted its achievements in the QS World University Rankings 2024, where USM was ranked 137th globally 
and 4th worldwide in the Impact Rankings 2023 
. USM is also renowned for its sustainability efforts, being recognized as a global leader in higher education 
. This meeting and field trip not only reinforced the strong relationship and collaboration between the two universities
