On September 2, 2025, a delegation from the School of Accounting and Finance, Walailak University, conducted a study visit and academic collaboration meeting at the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM), Bogor Agricultural University (IPB University), Bogor, Indonesia.
The visit was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Somjai Nuphueng, Head of the Research Center, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Anuman Janthawong, Mr. Sunthorn Boonkaew, Mr. Watcharawat Phromma, and three general administrative officers. The delegation held discussions with Dr. Lukywati Anggraeni, Deputy for Resources, Cooperation and Development of the Faculty of Economics and Management; Dr. Adi Hadianto, Head of the Resource and Environmental Economics Department; Dr. Nia Kurniawati Hidayat; and Mr. Danang Pramudita, Lecturer of the Department of Resource and Environmental Economics.
The discussions focused on key areas such as joint research projects and academic publications, future institutional research collaboration, as well as student and faculty exchange programs.
This study visit marks a significant step in strengthening strategic cooperation between the two institutions, not only enhancing the quality of education and research but also laying the foundation for sustainable collaboration at the institutional, regional, and international levels.
