The School of Accountancy and Finance, Walailak University, led by
Asst. Prof. Dr. Somjai Nupheung,
Head of the Research Center and Principal Investigator, has played a key role in conducting the Feasibility Study for the Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) Production Project in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
The research team contributed to several critical components, including:

On 20 November 2025, at 14.00 hrs, an official signing ceremony was held between Pak Phanang Municipality and N15 Technology Co., Ltd., presided over by Mr. Ekachai Suntorn, Deputy Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat. Representatives from multiple sectors, including local authorities, health officials, academia, and community members, attended the event.
This collaboration marks a significant step toward sustainable waste management, transforming municipal waste into clean energy through RDF technology, and strengthening long-term environmental resilience for Pak Phanang District and surrounding communities.
