On July 15, 2025, the School of Accounting and Finance, Walailak University, organized an academic exchange session between its faculty members and Dr. M. Fazil Baksh, an expert in Mathematics, Statistics, and Machine Learning from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. The session took place at Meeting Room 227, Academic Building 3.
This meeting served as a continuation of academic collaboration following the visit of the School’s executives and faculty members to the University of Reading on April 15, 2025.
The primary objective of the exchange was to foster joint research development and co-authored publications in international journals.
The activity marked another significant step toward enhancing the School’s research capacity through the application of advanced mathematical and statistical tools, while also providing faculty members with the opportunity to exchange perspectives closely with an international scholar.
